"They Won't Answer the Phone"

What's the point of owning a business if you don't answer the phone for customer inquiries? I called repeatedly and the phone just rang: There was no busy signal or even a voicemail on which to leave a message. You'd think with all the competition out there they could do the very rudimentary tasks of customer service, such as answering the phone, but they just can't seem to manage it..
