"Total joke"

Had appt booked for today for extraction of cracked rear tooth as causing severe pain,(no painkillers offered)and again sat 3 mins then said had to cancel as did not have tool,so they had at least 5 hours that they could have called or texted seems they dont care about wasting your time if your nhs,just treat u as easy pushover,is not the first time either.this surgery is a joke.,and never answer the phone or reply to messages. 8 calls last 20 mins no answer and no ansaphone..
