"In the waiting room then texted to say app cancelled as haven’t shown up"

Checked in by reception sat in waiting room and after 40 mins recieved text to say cancelled appointment as I haven’t turned up! In agony waited ages for this foot treatment to be confronted by dr saying NO unable to see you now . absolute agony my gait is affected badly . I have plates and screws from head to toe from rta . massive orthopaedic rebuild of lower limbs . reception error ! Told to wait 2 weeks . unacceptable.
