I would like to thank Jo for going that one step more in helping my husband and I who are in our 80s and in isolation by delivering our order that arrived at the Hove store instead of our home .Jo kindley offered to deliver in her own time and on her way home after work.We are extremely grateful .so again thank you Jo for your kindness..
