A review of Royal Mail by Anonymous written on Wednesday 26th of November 2025
Royal mail were booked to collect 2 return parcels from my home today. A polite and pleasant young man arrived at the right time but only had the label for one parcel. He wrote the correct tracking code on the other parcel and said he would affix the label when he went back the depot.
Later this after noon Royal Mail emailed me to say they had tried to collect 2 parcels but no one was home, and asked me to re-arrange collections.
I reported this to the intended recipients. Then phoned Royal Mail as I could not find a help line on their emails.
I followed the robot's request and pressed various keys to get to a human.
A tedious message (interupted by musical interludes ) was repeated over and over again for 57 minutes until I was abruptly disconnected.
Atrocious customer service.
Recorded message a lie.
The 1* is for the music which was bearable!.
