"Excellent customer service"

I have been using the George St branch for many years now. I had been using another branch in the city but was unimpressed with their attitude and levels of customer service.

My initial interaction with Luke on that first day was a breath of fresh air and it was this single experience that has kept me giving them my business. Luke is still there (sometimes with a beard, sometimes without!) and remembers me and my shoes every time I return. He is always courteous and professional and talks with conviction and confidence.

All of the staff in this branch are personable and professional - they deliver excellent customer service with a friendly nature that seems to be entirely natural. I would even go as far as to say that it is the nest example of customer service in Hove.

Great customer service, great workmanship, great experience - thank you!.
